Credits: Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase. No cash refunds will be issued for unused credits. Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have not used any premium tool during that period. After 14 days or after first use, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If a premium tool produces demonstrably incorrect results due to a bug in our system, we will refund the credits used for that calculation (up to the number of credits spent) or provide replacement credits. Please report the issue with screenshots and details to info@sectorcalc.com.

To request a refund, contact us at info@sectorcalc.com with your transaction ID (from your payment provider) and the reason for the request. We will respond within 7–14 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved.
